Returns

We truly value your BIIMIL purchase and hope you are delighted with it. If, however, you wish to return any or all items within your order, you have a period of fourteen days after the delivery for doing so. We will provide a reimbursement if the conditions for the return (stated below) are met.

Kindly make sure that the product is unused, undamaged, and inside its original packaging, which must remain unopened and sealed. In addition, please use a sturdy bubble packaging when shipping the return to make sure the contents are not damaged during transit.

We apologize - you are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will not be refundable. Please select the shipping service of your preference to arrange the return.

 

How to return your product(s)?

Before returning your product(s), please email us at info@biimil.com within fourteen (14) days after delivery to inform us which products you would like to return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, name, phone number, email address and delivery address. Our team will assist you through the process.
