Shipping

We ship our products all over the globe.  All of our products are shipped to you from Canada via a secure, tracked shipping method. Please note that we do not ship to islands, P.O. boxes or the Middle East. Please provide a physical address.

Free shipping on orders of $150 USD or more. No code is necessary. (Free shipping on purchases of $150 USD or more is only available in the US and Canada.)  Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Returns

We truly value your BIIMIL purchase and hope you are delighted with it. If, however, you wish to return any or all items within your order, you have a period of fourteen days after the delivery for doing so. We will provide a reimbursement if the conditions for the return (stated below) are met.

Kindly make sure that the product is unused, undamaged, and inside its original packaging, which must remain unopened and sealed. In addition, please use a sturdy bubble packaging when shipping the return to make sure the contents are not damaged during transit.

We apologize - you are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will not be refundable. Please select the shipping service of your preference to arrange the return.

 

Return Conditions

To return your product(s), please follow these steps:

1. Before returning your product(s), please email us at info@biimil.com within fourteen (14) days after delivery to inform us which products you would like to return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

2. Please place the product(s) you wish to return, including the unopened, original outer packaging. Please include the ‘Shipment List’ noted, along with the product(s) that you are returning in the shipment packaging.

3. Upon receipt of the email containing the refund processing instruction, you’ll have an additional fourteen (5) days to organize a return shipment to us using a carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, which is why we recommend using an insured delivery method with tracking information.

5. After we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all aforementioned conditions are met, we will gladly refund the total purchase price to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return. Unfortunately, return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
